"I had ordered an automatic knife which I received and loved the overall appearance. However, when using it the button was sticky and the blade did not open smoothly. I contacted your company and spoke with Blake. He advised me that he would return/replace it but to try a drop of oil first. He assured me that it would not void the return policy and provided me a return # just in case it didn't resolve the issue. It did resolve the issue and the knife not only looks great but it now works great. Thanks Blake"
