I inadvertantly ordered the wrong thing as it was mistakenly in my cart at the time of my online purchase. I couldn't do anything about it online because it stated that the order was already being processed. But I did call the next morning and the attentive rep was very helpful in correcting the order for me. That was very good. I just was a little stressed that I couldn't correct the order myself through my account even though there was a link to do so. I wasn't able to because as soon as I submitted my order and it checked the credit card info, it claimed to be too late to change the order. Aside from that it was a very nice experience. The shipping was very quick and the product was just what I had asked for.

Another of many purchases:
Smooth and easy buying experience as usual. Prompt delivery as well. Never had a problem. Only beef I would have is that after all the money I spent on merchandise of theirs, you would think I would receive a personal coupon every once in a while. The only mailings I see are regular things they have on sale and those items are not really the best price I can find them for, if I was even interested in them. But all in all, a good buying experience and the merchandise is in good condition when it arrives."
