"As much as my ego detests to admit it, I screwed my order up from the beginning. My errors were the things of which nightmares are made. First, I made my initial order late at night and it didn't appear the order went through. The next morning, I set up an order for the same knife and realized there were now two orders. I wrote a note to customer service and Chelsea was kind enough to cancel the first order and ship the second. Several days later, I was tracking the shipment and realized I had a typo in my zip code and the order was trying to deliver in a different town. I tried, no avail, to contact USPS to change the zip code. Later, I discovered the package was on its way back to Salt Lake City. Back to customer service. I sent another email and Joseph caught the package in BladeHQ Receiving, changed the zip code and reshipped to knife back to me. The problems I caused BladeHQ were inexcusable but the employees of BladeHQ were excellent, kind and forgiving this old man that created a mess. My hat is off to you.
