"Bought a Classic Accessories Snow Thrower Cover to replace an old one that wore out. Part advertised by Blain's Farm & Fleet was the same part number and contained the same photograph as on the shipping container of the old Classic Accessories part. But what I got was not that. It was simply a cheap plastic tarp with a flimsy draw string at the bottom. Nothing like the part it was supposed to be. Do not buy from this company."
"Purchased brand new Ytd mower and when engaging the blades the mower deck the vibrates worse than any mower I have ever used and shakes the engine excessively sends pulsations through your hands. So having only used the new mower for 30 minutes I returned it to service department they said all of there Ytd mowers do that so it must be normal and sent it back to me. "bought 7 S31 batteries I spent close to 700 for them. I lost my receipt I didn't think it was going to be a big issue since I did purchase them with farm and fleet credit card. And they advised me that I would not be getting my core charge. Which comes to 70 $ spoke to manager Jim and was told it was not good for buttom line to pay me core charge. You lost a loyal customer hows that for the buttom line ."

"I called about taking a tire in for repair. The lady that answered the phone identified herself as a person from the store I was calling. I ask her it this was the service dept. and she said yes. I was told to bring the tire out and they would have it done in 45 mins. I did that and when I got there I was told that my phone call had been transferred to somewhere in Wisconsin and that I couldn't get my tire fixed that day. So no one picks up the phone in the store in Illinois that I call and I get transferred to Wisconsin and some twit tells me to bring the tire in and they will get it done in 45 mins. Wow, what a way to do business. I drove about 40 miles round trip at $3.40 a gallon gas to find out that Farm & Fleet is run by a bunch of idiots. The good news is that I work at a major manufacturing company that has thousands of employees and this is bulletin board material for sure. I'll just bet if they knew what this might cost them, they would possibly hire someone and put them at the switchboard to answer calls at the actual store that is being called. Don't worry Farm & Fleet....I won't bash you in my bulletin board posting..........in fact I am just going to post this review. That should let everyone know how you run your business. Its pretty apparent that customers aren't very
important to you anyway. "
"Ordered item at a good price and it arrived on time. Unfortunately, this was not the item I ordered. Not the name brand I ordered and not the quality. Oddly enough it came in a mfg carton. I don't understand how they are doing this, but it's very shady. When I tried to write a review of the product, they would not post it (big surprise) nor did anyone call me to try to make it right. So that would be a big "F" on customer service for Blain's."
"I took my car in to get a tire repaired, after much confusion in their service department , I was finally given an appointment which I had to leave and come back for 2 hrs later which was ok, When I got back still lots of confusion upset customers made me think about leaving everyone was so upset. They finally got to my tire and tried to tell me I needed a new tire.. that the screw was too close to the sidewall to fix it, that was not true at all, I knew where the screw was and it was not close to the sidewall at all, and the screw was a very tiny one, so I ask them to put the tire back on and I took it to the dealership the next day and they repaired the tire telling me it was an extremely small screw and no damage to the tire.
So they lied trying to sell me a new tire, I most likely will not go back to this farm and fleet for service."
"I ordered a tent from Blain's Farm & Fleet recently. It's a good quality tent and was an excellent price. The shipment arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I would buy from this company again."
"Worst store ever, I ordered a bike for my 4 year old for Christmas. It didn't arrive when they said so I called them. They didn't know what happened but they said it never shipped, even though a week earlier they emailed me and said it did. So they said they would look into it and call me back.
Instead of calling me back they sent me an email a day later saying the order was canceled. So now I'm 8 days from Christmas with no present from Santa and no reason why my order was cancelled. So I called them back to figure out what was wrong. The customer service person was a a$$ and his supervisor was a jerk. They said they could reorder but could not give me free priority shipping and I would have to pay for it. The original bike was ~$100 with $10 shipping. The new priority shipping would cost me ~$150 on top of the pice of the bike. Are you kidding me.
They actually argued with me and were total jerks even though my son wasn't going to get the one and only thing he asked Santa for this year. I asked the supervisor if she would tell my son that Santa wasn't coming to his house this year and she hung up on me. I am planning to file a complaint with the BBB and other agencies just to ensure that Nicki gets fired over this."
