"Shipping was a day late but the tracking info confirmed this was the fault of Fedex. All the same with so many services providing free shipping, the fact that it cost so much extra to ship makes delayed shipping kind of a big deal. I had no specific expectations on shipping so if Fedex had just given an accurate estimate instead of telling me it would arrive Tuesday, never showing up and then changing it to Wednesday later, I wouldn't have known otherwise.
The paper materials I ordered were great, just like they were the last time I used BMP. The CD booklets and tray inserts fit fine and were pre-folded. Everything came in ziplock bags to prevent possible water damage. "

"I was skeptical at first seeing as they have some of the lowest CD prices on the market, however, the quality of the packaging, cds, and artwork was phenomenal! As a musician who is just starting to release physical items, I've been antsy about how my artwork would be displayed and if the product price would worth it, but they delivered amazing quality with every cd and jacket. As stated on their website, they usually give you more than you ordered but I did not expect to get 5 extra CDs along with 12 more empty jackets! They do their best to make sure you receive what you ordered and they do it well! I will definitely buy from them again!

“The customer reached out to us with this reported issue and we were unable to find this issue. We asked the client to return the discs for either a full refund or replacements. The customer decided not to return the discs for either a refund or allow us to examine the discs for the cause. The master discs and copies that we keep all functioned correctly and within industry standards. Based on the limited information provided, it appears that it is more than likely a hardware issue of the customer.
