"Amazing, just amazing... From the time I found BMP and called and started asking questions, Andy was amazing. Patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, proficient... the list goes on. When I finally placed my order, he patiently guided me through the process, helped me to make adjustments and changes to my artwork, sending along new proofs quicker than lightning. And at no time did I feel rushed or incompetent. I felt as if I was the only customer and therefore got the red carpet treatment. Now I know, that I am NOT the only customer, but that's the kind of service Blank Media Printing offers. "Overall the experience I had with them was great. I had bought the sleeve jacket and I was having some issue due to me thinking the sleeve was gonna be able to have a front and back cover but it only gave me 1 upload as my main cover so I reached out to them via email and like 10 min later they responded by saying not to worry they will add the second upload to the sleeve. The customer service is great. Keep it up guys! "

Easy to get in touch with, any problems I came across were quickly taken care of and I was kept informed every step of the way.
