We shipped your order the next day September 16th. I have checked your tracking, and it shows that it is scheduled for delivery today, September 30th. If you had paid $1.21 more, you would have had your order delivered within three business days. To issue a company a two-star review for something the customer is 100% at fault with is disrespectful and 100% inaccurate. Perhaps you should edit your review stating you made an error and advise others that if they want orders delivered promptly, not choose FedEx SmartPost, which is already on the shipping page where you chose your shipping method.
