I was informed at the time of purchase that the mechanism would be plastic but it still seems like a cheap match with the weight of the blind, to have plastic mechanisms. I don't know how durable they will be.

When I installed one of the blinds, I did have to trim it very slightly, although the measurements were correct, because the side of the blind rubbed and was beginning to fray slightly.

Overall, the blind now looks great and works fine but I am not sure if I am satisfied. The price, however, was excellent and I would have bought a really low quality blind had I spent this amount elsewhere."

"This was my second order that did not fit the windows. I measured and measured and measured so I am not sure what the problem is with the sizes. I absorbed the cost of both sets that did not fit. The second set was close enough that my husband took tin snips to them and made them fit into the window... Could be my fault but the company says to only give them the dimensions for the inside of the window and they will deduct enough space for blind clearance - I am wondering if they are deducting enough for the blind to actually clear the window."
