We ordered 3 solar blinds. Not one was the correct measurement. At first I thought I had made a mistake but after measuring again the dimensions I gave were correct. Their response was to send them a picture showing the blinds being measured I guess to prove they sent the wrong size. Really?"

"Product was not quite the quality I expected. I thought the wood would be a little thicker and show a wood grain. Should have ordered a sample but didn't have the time. Also, the product was damaged in shipment but not enough to not fit in the braces so I kept it. Size was perfect and it installed easily."

"The reason I am somewhat dissatisfied is because on the pull string there is a plastic piece that holds it together, but it comes apart very easily, which could cause the whole thing not to work. I contacted Customer Service by email and never heard back. We used duct tape to hold it together.
I don't think for the price we paid that you should have to use duct tape."
