"First time customer! Blinds were delivered timely, very pleased. However, when I went to set them up I was missing the hardware for one of them. It would have been easier to determine this if all required hardware was attached to the individual blind. Instead I spend some time trying to figure out if I had the brackets or not since some were mixed in with others.
Within a few weeks of my order (I got 15% off) all blinds went 20% off. When I called to see if I could get the additional discount I was told my previous order was placed too long ago although it was still well within 30 days. I was not too happy with that.
