"We installed quite a few blinds. I discovered right away I needed to create a drill jig so that I could help guide drilling the holes in the right location each time. The instructions were not as clear as they could be. Maybe a Youtube video would be good to teach people how to install these without going through any head aches. These blinds now all work well and we love them. One of them was damaged in shipping. the material was crinkled a little. However is seemed to correct the problem by itself over a week."

"Quality control was not up to par with missing hardware on 3 of the 5 blinds ordered. Customer Service are not available on the weekends. When I called to get the missing hardware, shipping was not expedited. I received a call on Monday after I e-mailed my complaint on a weekend, but part did not arrive till the following Sat. It seemed their lack of attention was not their upmost importance. Disappointed as a first time customer.

Edit: I originally reported this as 2 star out of 5, I moved it to 4 star out of 5. Becky from Blindster has renewed my faith in the company and I have closure on my satisfaction. It would had been 5 out of 5 from the get go, but I cant do that since everything was not perfect from the start. The blinds were great otherwise."
