"I have really wide 44" windows that I just can't walk in a store and buy. So I was researching blinds on-line and ran across Blindster. I was a little skeptical about Blindster because they are the least expensive custom blind maker I could find on-line. The reviews are all good though and that's usually why I make purchases on-line. Ordering is super easy just be sure to read the directions on how to measure your windows. I ordered the 2" premium vinyl and one bamboo roman shade. It took approximately 10 days to get all 6 blinds, they came a few at a time.
All were really easy to hang. I would suggest buying sheet metal screws if you plan to hang them on sheet metal and I also bought 1.5" self starting wood screws as they were much easier than the screws that came with the blinds.
I was blown away when I hung my blinds. They look great and are a quality product. I will definitely purchase from them again and I would totally recommend them to a friend. "

I accidentally ordered the wrong size on one...and one of them had a frayed string.. to replace my mess up only cost me 23.00 they still applied my coupon I had used for the order.. I love their return/exchange policy. I ordered two blinds (out of 7) in the wrong size by mistake. Thinking that I was going to have to pay full prize to get two blinds at the right size and shipping to get new ones sent to me, Wendy, who was the one to help me through this whole process told me that they can send me the two new blinds at no cost to me, I only have to pay shipping which was $15 per item. Also thinking I had to pay shipping to get the wrong ones back to them, she told me donate it to my local charity! How awesome is that!

"Easy ordering process and somewhat easy installation. I ordered a large roller blind, and at that size I was not allowed to have a pull down. I had to get a chain to move the blind up and down. In a few days the chain broke. I can't move the blind anymore. when I called customer service, the agent was unfamiliar with my brand and said that I would be contacted. This has not happened yet. I'm calling back again today."
