"I orderd 4 blinds, 2 on each header. when they arrived, the blinds were defective, the mechanism that is used to hold the blind in place did not work. therefore, the blind always needed to stay down. i contact sandra and blindster. she was very nice and although i offered to send these blinds back, she said a new order would be sent out. so, the new order arrived, i got some help to remove the old broken ones and install the new ones. 2 of the blinds on one header work "ok" - not exactly as they should, but the remaining 2 on the other header are again not working properly. one blind has to stay down because the mechanism is broken and the other one makes this scraping noise when trying to lift up, open, anything. contacted sandra and she at first said to send the defective ones back. when i asked her how long will this take? no response. as when i remove this header and blinds i will have NOTHING on my front window. i was expecting blinds that i could actually use! along with good customer service, now i have blinds that look nice, but do not work."
