"It is virtually impossible to contact a customer service rep via telephone. In all my attempts to reach customer service, I've been successful once. Contacting the department via email is no better.
I've been able to purchase a specific medication several times, but my recent refill was denied by Blink because it was not pre-approved by the doctor. This never happened with the other purchases.
BTW, my doctor can't require me to purchase medication from a specific source so I don't understand why pre-authorization was required in this case."
