Unfortunately the screen arrived with a large crack down the middle. "I ordered a replacement screen for my girlfriend's laptop through Bliss about two weeks ago, using her mother's credit card with her approval. Later that day, I received emails confirming the order and saying that it had been shipped. For the next ten days I kept a close eye on the tracking information, which continued to state that the order had not yet been received by the post office. Finally, I emailed Bliss to ask for a status update, and quickly received an email stating that my order had been canceled at my request. Naturally, this was upsetting to myself and my girlfriend, who had been without a computer for two weeks. I emailed them back informing them that no cancellation request had been made, and that my need for the screen was urgent. Their response was that the biller (my girlfriend's mom) had requested that the order be canceled. She was just as mystified by the situation as we were, and had never talked to the company. Bliss's suggestion was that I simply re-place the order, which I might have done if they had offered expedited shipping as compensation for their mistake which left my girlfriend without a computer for two weeks, but as it is I think I'll be going somewhere else. Other places may be more expensive, but I'd rather pay more and know I'm actually going to get what I ordered."
"After my daughter's laptop LCD screen cracked, I found that both HP and Best Buy wanted to charge close to $400 to ship it out and get it repaired. Instead, I decided to search online for a good LCD replacement dealer and found that Bliss Computers had the best price for a compatible OEM screen. Unfortunately, there was something wrong with this replacement, the screen had horizontal lines at the bottom. However, the staff was very helpful and prompt, and after sending details of my problem i was able to get a replacement within a week which is now as good as new..... "I purchased a replacement notebook display on April 8, 2010 and received it a few days later. To my dismay it had a chip in the glass, allowing light to come through. I sent an RMA request to Bliss but wanted to talk to someone about it. Michelle in customer service answered her phone within a couple of rings, found my RMA e-mail, and processed a replacement display within 10 minutes. All she asked was for me to send a photo of the damage display so that her and her supervisor could see it. She followed up with an e-mail to me with the shipping information and asked me to contact her if I had any further concerns.
Michelle's professional and quick response has left me with a very pleasureable experience with Bliss Computers. I look forward to doing more business with Bliss in the future.
