"Ordered two screens from this company as they were cheaper than the competition. The first one they sent was the wrong size. I told them specifically what model laptop I had and they insisted I told them the wrong screen size. It was close, 14.0" vs 14.1", however my model laptop never came with the 14.1" and that is what they sent. So I paid the extra shipping charges to get the correct screen. When it finally arrived, it worked as described. The second screen was doa, and so now I had to spend extra shipping charges yet again to send that one back. And that was only after attempting to get a hold of them for three days straight. No one answers their phones and if you leave messages they will not call you back. Not to mention when you do actually talk to them they have a me first, customer second mentality. Stay away from this company, wish I had."

"Screen was shipped promptly, and packaging was very solid. Screen arrived in perfect condition. The screen looked like it was manufactured by the same company, looked exactly like the screen I was replacing (minus the crack). Extremely happy with the quality, and the overall price was fantastic (shipping was reasonable considering the quality of the packaging). I placed my order on a Thursday morning 5/14/09, and received the screen via USPS on Saturday 5/23/09.

UPDATE: Ordered another screen on 10/7. I was just as pleased with this replacement as the last one. Screen was the exact samsung panel that I was replacing. Absolutely no issues with the screen. These prices are so reasonable."

"1) I was happy to find a low price screen for my laptop and I ordered it with overnight shipping. It came very fast but the screen did not work, I called right back after few tries someone picked up.And I was told to send the bad screen back and they were going to send another screen overnight, second screen didn't work either.
2)I called days after days, left messages, sent email but no answer I assumed they were in holiday break from Dec 24 to Jan2. When I got someone on the phone I was told someone will call me back, that never happened.
3) I was willing to pay everything if my the LCD screen worked fine. but neitehr of them worked and I returned them both, I was credited for one of them only then I had called again after 25 minutes of calling both of their numbers someone picked up and asked my number to call back. I refused since I know how that works. I got someone right away, she didn't know the whole scoop but finally she said she will refund the whole charges, except my returning shipping cost. Basically I wanted save money myself and give them a business at the same time, but I ended up losing money, please somebody tell me what is my fault if they don't know what part is compatible with my screen?

"Beware - don't get excited if you get an email shortly after ordering stating that your order has been shipped. The email didn't have a tracking # so I called the company to get one -- they gave me a FedEx tracking #. When I tracked it on FedEx.com I was given an ETA.

The estimate date of arrival came but no package. I called FedEx and they said this company/shipper created the tracking # but never actually shipped anything!

Called the company and spoke with Sherry who wasn't very knowledgeable -- she couldn't figure out if the package was shipped or not. She said they wouldn't have stock on my item until Monday and that she'd call me to confirm that she'd overnight the item without extra expense to me. Great!

Monday came -- no phone call from Sherry. I called her and she tells me the item didn't arrive and they 'may' have it by NEXT Monday. I sighed because I was quite upset - this is now about 1.5-2 weeks after I placed my order. Sherry began laughing at me! What kind of customer service is this???!!! I asked her what was so funny and she stopped.

The purchasing agent, Gary, came on the phone and was much more helpful and professional and explained to me that their products are coming from Asia and is stuck in customs which is currently overwhelmed during the Olympics. But he confirmed that they may not receive my item until next Monday and did offer for me to cancel order for full refund. "

"Purchased LQ141F1LH23 laptop screen which was said to be compatible with Toshiba Tecra M2 (as on some other sites as well).
1) Well... Only partially. It does fit, but the data bus connector is at a location where the laptop bus cannot reach. I made it eventually, but had to change smth in my laptop (it's old anyway).
2) The first screen I got was broken and even though they exchanged it, I had a couple of nervous days, when nobody would pick up a phone at all.
3) They obviously changed the power connector for the screen themselves to fit Toshiba's scree power cable!
Make your own conclusions, but I definitely won't shop with them again."
