Ordered flowers for mother's day, May 8th. I had to pay extra. Flowers are now late, expected delivery on May 10 without any delays. I called customer service and the agent could not speak very well English. He told me that there was a blended date. Why would I order flowers and pay extra if the flowers are going to be late? I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent said that it was not possible. He only gets emails from his supervisor.

"I tried to order flowers for mothers day, after the payment screen the site froze, the help staff told me to refresh and the order went away. I ordered with another company.

Two days later I get a call that my payment has been taken without a delivery address.

When I contacted for a refund as I never even got to confirm it they told I could not have a refund, I had to give an address or lose my money. I was forced to give a address for delivery.

Avoid this site as their own tech holds you hostage and I will never use them again. "
