No response to my multiple email inquiries except a worthless auto-response. originally they sent me a return number and instructions which I followed. Now they have my product and my money. "An order made on Nov 17, 2012 - Here it is Dec 12, 2012 and still have not received it. However, Blue Outlet did charge my account the same day as ordered and not the day it was mailed. Letters and calls unanswered. You don't save money if you don't receive the item. And Blue Outlet's policy of charging the account on the same day as ordered is a bad practice albeit a lucrative one for them."

"Do NOT order from Blue Outlet Mall. This place has to be a scam and I just don't know why they haven't been found and shut down.
