I placed an order on August 9, 2012 and was provided the tracking number through USPS.
After 10 days of stalling on the USPS web site, I contacted the company to see if they can help me figure out where my order was. The response was very disengaged, stating something down the lines of: "it's between you and the post office". I did not think much of it, other than they were not very customer-friendly.
I went on filing a claim with the USPS, which was a total nightmare.
Accidentally, I discovered that there had been a glitch on Blue Outlet Mall's system. When I placed the order, I provided home address for billing purposes and business address for mailing purposes. When I went back in my account, there were 3 addresses for me - my home, business and a mixture of the two.
In other words, they had mailed the order to my home address with the business name on top as a recipient. I know from experience that the Post Office will not deliver business mail to a residence, unless registered and vice-versa.
When I notified Blue Outlet Mall about it, the response was:
"We mailed it to exactly where you stated in the order, we do not make mistakes".
They also went on telling me that my order had been returned to them (due to undeliverable address) after which, they re-sent it.
Firstly, this is NOT a professional response to a customer’s complaint.
Secondly, I would have appreciated notification of the "returned order", especially since I had contacted them about it previously.
And lastly, after reading the other reviews, I wonder if the fragrance is authentic....
I felt I was treated as if I were in an ex-communist Eastern European country.
I will not do business with them ever again!

I got a tracking number and whenever I checked it the status never changed. I don't think it was ever shipped.
I have tried contacting them via the service email address several times, the only reply I get is the automatic response saying they wil answer my emil in one business day. I have yet to hear back

"I placed an order with the Blue Outlet Mall on July 26, 2012. 2 1/2 weeks later, on August 12, they sent me an email informing me that they were not able to use my credit card, and had cancelled my order. First of all, there is no problem with my credit card, and secondly, if there was some sort of a processing problem, why in the %#!! did they wait 2 1/2 weeks to inform me?
