"Avoid this company!!!
Ordered parts, paid with paypal. I got an email response that they received my payment, then nothing. I check the website and it tells me that they are processing my request. I have emailed customer support with no answer. I have called and tried to speak with someone, no one answers their lines, and voice mail box is full so I can't leave a message. It sounds like they just take money and don't ship parts."

Ordered a replacement bulb for my tv on Thursday, Aug 18 2011, from Bluestar International Components. They offered 2 day delivery...recieved a confirmation from USPS that the shipping label was printed on the same day Thursday Aug 18 2011. All good so far.
Then the waiting began. After the 3rd day, I tracked the package, and the only history listed was the original alert I recieved on Aug 18 2011 confirming PRINTING of the shipping label. I then called USPS and spoke
to a customer care person, she checked the status for me again, she informed me that only the shipping label had been printed and could notconfirm shipment.
I then called Bluestar International Components..or should I say "I called Bluestar International's answering
machine"......no exaggeration, I called over 20 times over 2 days, left 7 messages asking for a return call, and not once have I spoken to a human to date..which happens to be Aug 26. Also sent numerous e-mails.

"This is the worst company ever! They will not honor a warranty. I even filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Even though they told the BBB they would replace my bulb, they did not. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BLUESTAR!!!! "
"Stay away from here. Ordered a bulb for Sony TV $109 with yr warranty. Returned bulb to them, they said it was defective, sent us shipping confirmation number and that is the last we heard from them. USPS said it is a shipping request only and they have not received any item for shipment. We have called for 3 weeks, sent 9 e-mails and they won't return a call or e-mail. You would be better off throwing your money out the window because this place reeks of dishonesty."
"I took a shot at ordering from this unknown because they had the lowest price on the lamp for my 61" JVC TV. Quick order, fast ship, installed lamp in 5 minutes and it's been working perfectly. (today is 9/27/2010). Would definitely buy from Bluestar again!"
"This was a return of a LCD bulb with a return number given to me by the company, RMA#BL0021. Was delivered 30 April at 10:22 a.m. to Bluestar according to USPS. No one will return my calls or e-mails and I haven't received my credit of $109.00. What gives?"
