Excellent product and service! Love my canvas prints!
"I just printed my 16th canvas print through Easy Canvas Prints (7/30/2016). My first print with them was done in June 2012. That should tell you all you need to know about how I feel about their service and the quality of their product. It's simply the best. Our walls are covered in beautiful canvas prints!"

"I took a shot at ordering from this unknown because they had the lowest price on the lamp for my 61" JVC TV. Quick order, fast ship, installed lamp in 5 minutes and it's been working perfectly. (today is 9/27/2010). Would definitely buy from Bluestar again!"

"I've ordered supplements from Swanson's several times over the past several years and have always gotten excellent service. My last order was no exception. Large order (over 2 dozen items) was shipped promptly, order was complete. Email communication kept me informed of the status. Will definitely order from Swanson again."

"Website said they had 5 units in stock. Placed the order. 5 days later I got an email saying it was out of stock and they offered a switch, a different brand, entirely different keyboard for the same price. I declined and told them they showed these items in stock (at a higher price), so I wanted them to honor the sale. Next day they said no can do and cancelled the order. Found the keyboard I wanted at Amazon for $10 more (still a good price). Won't go back to Compuvest."

"I orderd a Omron Nebulizer on 5/25/10 that was listed as 'In Stock' for $28.28 plus about $6 shipping. I added an extra $4 for expedited 2-3 day shipping (I needed it quickly). After 4 days the order status still said 'in process' so I emailed them (5/29). They did respond same day even though it was a Saturday and said: In Reference to your order #10576225 we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused by us. We request our shipping department to ship out your package as early as possible. Once we shipped out your package we will intimate the tracking number through an email. Let us know if you have any questions regarding your order. We appreciate your communication in this regards." The poor grammar was a red flag that I was in for trouble. (When I sent them email through their online form, the status was "Mail sent suceesfully" (sic)) On June 1 at noon I got this: "This is to inform you that the product you have ordered for is currently not in stock. We will be shipping in another 2-3 business days." Same day at 6pm I got an email that my order was cancelled due to being 'out of stock'. My money was refunded to my credit card. It bugs me when sites list item 'In stock when they're not'. They wasted a week of my time. Overall, they did follow through and credited my cardit card, but too slowly in my opinion. I will not order from AmericaRx again. (Luckily, I bought another nebulizer from Amazon at the same time and it was here in 3 days. For $3 less.)"

"Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever come across. Not to mention they never shipped my order and never sent any status about it. RUN! DON'T WALK AWAY FROM VITAGLO 10/23/07 $57 Order placed online. Invoice says 'Do not contact us for 10 business days' 11/05/07 Dear Vitaglo, What's the status of my order placed on 10/23/07? Thank you. 11/05/07 ill check and get back to you tommorow sorry for the delay mike [sic, no punctuation used] 11/09/07 "Tomorrow" was 3 days ago. No word from you. Hello? Yahoo is asking me to do a survey of my shopping experience with you. What shall I tell them? I waited the full 10 business days before contacting you. Now let's see some action, eh? Thanks. no response... 11/13/07 It has been a week since "mike" said he was going to get back to me about my order "tomorrow". It has been THREE WEEKS since I placed my order from your web site. I'm a patient guy but you folks are pressing it, don't you think? WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME, WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? Thank you. no response... I went away on a 2 week vacation... 12/03/07 I finally called the VitaGlo toll free numbers and got this: Vitaglo: Hello. Me: Hello? Vitaglo: HELLO. Me: Who is this? Vitaglo: Micheal, er, Vitaglo Me: Vitaglo? Vitaglo: Yes. Me: Ok good. I'm calling to cancel my order. Vitaglo: Hold on... [put on hold for 4 minutes.] Vitaglo: Ok, do you know your order number? Me: Yes, it's XXXXXX. (pause) Are you really a company or this just a joke. Vitaglo: Pause. Click. (I was going to tell him about the non-response emails but he hung up too quickly) I called back. Nice lady voice: "Vitaglo" Me: Yes, I'm calling to cancel my order, we must have gotten disconnected. Vitaglo: Please hold. Micheal picks up and I repeat, we must have gotten disconnected. Vitaglo: No I hung up on you. I don't take being insulted. Your order is cancelled. Click. This is about the most unprofessional and worst web site I have ever found, and believe me I have spent many thousands of dollars and placed hundreds of orders online. But none will be spent at Vitaglo!"
