"They don't tell you all the facts on top of that if there's even close to something wrong do not ever expect to get your money back even if it cost you money once they take your fees they could care less though offer you some crabby percentage they won't fix the problem and they won't let you out of it you'll have to dispute it with your credit card very rude their whole system is automated and I had no clue that I actually had a boat to rent until halfway through the next day causing me to lose 6 hours of my paid boating time then they also charge me for gas just because the owner said I didn't fill it up even though I had pictures to prove it and a gas receipt"
