"I do my research for all my major purchases (and some not so major). Boatstogo is the first place you should consider when buying an inflatable boat. First off, the customer service was excellent. Eliot, the owner answered all my questions (and I had many), and kept me informed about delivery dates, etc. I purchased the Saturn SD330, the wheels that attach to the transom, and the battery analog pump. I was impressed with the quality of the Saturn. I also had visited local stores, and found the Saturn boat to be a higher quality than what the stores had on display. What's most impressive is the Boatstogo site has numerous links including videos to educate buyers who are new to purchasing an inflatable boat. I also researched prices and found Boatstogo had the best price. Boatstogo, is my first choice for this purchase. "

"I have always wanted to get into boats but they have always been crazy expensive, I found out from a friend that you can buy inflatable boats that are just as good and fun as the bigger ones. A year ago I bought a small one to test out and see how it felt and I loved it, recently I saved a bit and was able to buy the SD365, its 12 foot red inflatable boat, its absolutely the best, its super high quality and next to no maintenance required in comparison to other boats. This thing picks up speed with a 30hp motor I put on it. I really highly recommend boatstogo, I found the best prices there and ordering was really easy and clear. I haven't had this much fun in years."

"BoatsToGo is just what I was looking for. They have a wide selection of sizes and types of inflatable boats. I wanted a lightweight boat that would be easy to pack into out Sprinter travel van, but still large enough to handle large bodies of water. I ended up choosing the 12' Mars budget model, because it only weighs 90 lbs, yet is rated for a 25 Hp motor.
The photos & YouTube videos looked good, but I was still slightly skeptical that it might not be sturdy enough. I needed to order a motor, but held off before deciding which size to buy, until the boat arrived. It arrived in 3 days, which impressed me for a 100+ lb package from Miami to Charlotte. The boat seemed sturdy enough IMO that I decided to order a 20 Hp outboard for it. That's the largest Hp rating under 100 lbs. The one I got is supposed to be 94.5 lbs. It will be here in a couple of days. I'm excited to get it out on the lake for a test run.
I was lucky and purchased during Black Friday and saved about $100. :)

I also ordered a bimini top for it, but had to get it from another source because I wanted it in a color besides gray. Not sure why BTG only sells them in gray.

I can't wait to see how fast the little 12' boat will run with 20 Hp. I expect it will fly!

I had a little trouble with one of the valves. I twisted the seal loose inside it. BTG includes a special wrench for unscrewing the valve assembly and even a spare valve. I'd just turned the valve too much and caused a seal to come off the groove. It was a breeze to fix, and I was actually happy to see how simple they are to service.

"Azzurro Mare 12’ Boat is about 8 years old now, glued seams are all falling apart, especially at the transom. Unfortunately where the transom mates with the tubes is the most difficult to reach and repair. I’ll probably have to toss it and buy a boat with heat welded seams. $1,000 boat divided by 8 years of use- $125 a year to own/use. Still maybe cheaper overall than the expensive boats. Just beware that these boats are difficult to impossible to repair and make air tight once the glue fails."

I placed the order referenced in the subject line of this email on Saturday, July 27th and had payment delivered on Tuesday, July 30th and still have not received any shipping confirmation. I did received your email stating that you received payment on Wednesday (I have receipt that it was delivered Tuesday) and that you would ship the order shortly thereafter. However as previously stated, I have not received confirmation or tracking information. I know that FedEx Ground typically delivers within 3 days and based on YOUR website with the USPS money order there should not have been any delay and stands to reason that the order should be delivered no later than Saturday (tomorrow), Ordinarily I would not be sending this email but, due to your anti-user friendly shipping/billing policy I had to miss time from work to find a co-op that works with my credit union, withdraw the appropriate funds only to have to find and go to a local post office to PURCHASE a USPS money order so that you would process and ship my order immediately. I order from multiple online businesses on a regular basis and have never been so inconvenienced. I had hoped that your company would be more professional. Please advise as to when my order will ship or if it has already OR advise as to when I can expect a refund, I would like to thank you for your time however, it appears the only time invested, is MINE. In the event that my order was in fact shipped and is delivered by tomorrow, I could understand the oversight in not sending the tracking information. If the package does not arrive as expected, this email will be posted on various review and social media sites.

After I sent that email, I received an email stating my order was shipped "yesterday"(Thursday) next day shipping, tracking info to follow. So when I received tracing info, it showed label created TODAY(Friday)scheduled for delivery on Tuesday.... 3 Days after it should have been here and over a week after the order. I have the email fron Eliot stating it was shipped Thursday next day. Lying is absolutely the worst business model. Avoid Boatstogo Inc at all costs. If they'll lie to a customer, lord only knows what other things they will do to make a buck. "
