All good with my first order from them
"After scouring the web I found Bicycle Buys had the cheapest price on a pair of Kenda 20x3.00 tires. Seems this particular size is hard to find in a road tire. Anyway, they had the best price, and since I added a tool, I was over the price needed and got free shipping. Got the tires in a few days. Installed them today and I'm very happy with the new tires. I'd buy from them again."

"Wow, I was skeptical, since there was no reviews on this company at this site, but I took a chance. Turns out the company not only had the lowest price online, but their shipping was super quick. OK, the shipping wasn't free, but it was reasonable, and the low price more than made up for the shipping charge. I will definitely re-order and recommend this company to others."

"My go to store for computer supplies. Their prices usually are as good as online retailers, and returns are a lot easier not having to ship the item back. The one downside is the "hard sell" to buy extended warranties, which you don't get when buying online."

"Mixed feelings on my first order from Batteryspace.
I realized I didn't need the two items ordered, a day after ordering. I called to cancel, but it had already been shipped. They said if UPS returns the items to them I would incur a $14.00 return shipping charge, plus a 20% restocking fee. I could see the return shipping charge, but a restocking if it hadn't been delivered is a bit much. They also don't have the cheapest shipping rates, and I believe I paid over 11.00 for a $55.00 order. I elected to wait till the items were delivered, and used USPS Priority Mail for $5.15 to return the items. They did send an email offering to waive the restocking fee, if I placed another order, and I thought that was fair. So, for me, I'd shy away from placing orders with Batteryspace, but would order again if no one else had what I need.
BTW, they promptly credited my Paypal after receiving the returned items."

"I don't normally leave multiple reviews for a company, but since HobbyPartz has gotten so many negative reviews, I thought I'd help bring their rating number up a bit. I placed my third order with them, in less than 5 weeks. Each order has gone without a hitch, and shipping has been delightfully fast. I just like the way these guys do business. I had to return one item on my last order, and I got a prompt refund, and I didn't have to call to pester them for it. The only downside is trying to get them on the phone is impossible. The online chat works, but you will have a long wait, but they do eventually respond. Keep up the good work guys, and try to get your phone support situation ironed out."

"I have to agree with esha4556. I received a defective MP3 player and filled out the required return authorization forms, and sent it back to China (even though this is supposed to be a Canadian company) using USPS Priority Mail, which cost over $16.00. That was 6 weeks ago. Unfortunately Priority Mail doesn't confirm the actual delivery to another country, so I'm at the mercy of Merimobiles. I gave a two star rating instead of 1, because I did actually receive the item I ordered, although defective. So it looks like, Merimobiles has no problem accepting a return, but doesn't acknowledge receipt of that return. Luckily I paid using Paypal, and funded it with Amex, so I have some recourse.
UPDATE: although it did take some time I was credited for the returned item, and appreciate the attention given to this problem by a company employee, Jay. I learned a lesson when shipping to China. Be sure to use a service that has tracking into that country."
