This is not true as they only offer 2 year replacements guaranteed because they discontinue the product as new phones come out. $40 for screen and limited replacements. You can purchase these screens through other vendors online for $2 each. Even if they crack more often the cost will be far less."
"A company that wants to charge for a warranty certainly does not have faith in their product. Purchase 2 iPhones and the Bodyguardz screen protectors and they both have cracked badly. Owned many phones with screen protector s that were considerably less costly and never had a problem. Called customer service and advised that rep that sold me my phones should have advised me of the cost to replace the product under warranty. Anybody think a class action suit would prevail in this situation. This type of unscrupulous activity needs to be stopped. Guess it will when it happens to a lawmaker or someone close to them. "
"Ordered a replacement, paid the 6.95 shipping charges. When I went to put it on my phone it cracked around the dye cuts for the button and speaker. So, ordered another replacement and after installation the same thing happened....cracks and rough edges around the button and ear speaker. Called customer service and they could not understand what I was telling them. Wanted me to take a picture and email it...maybe they would replace...likely for another 6.95. I said hell no and you should too."

"This is my third replacement. They break so easily that really ordering them was a waste of time. The last one (the third) broke during installation and I've installed 2 of them succesfully, which broke in just a couple of weeks without the phone falling. "I purchased a BodyGuardz protector for my new Note 9 at the AT&T store on October 13th, and by December 17th, I had to call in to replace it since it had cracked a week earlier. Now, mind you I am a middle aged woman who is not at all hard on my phone and am at home most of the time to care for sick elderly mother-in-law, so how did it crack so easily? I called in to ask for a replacement per the "warranty" and was told I had to pay more to get my replacement. I was NOT happy being that I had it less days than most retail stores return policy and especially for a defective product. I told them of the defect, and they "offered" me an upgrade so long as I pay the S&H charges of $10.62. I did it, and received the "upgraded" screen protector. Well, I went back to AT&T store to have them put it on so to assure it was done properly. So, since receiving this one, it will NOT stay on the phone at all. Keeps peeling off, has air bubbles, and simply won't stay on. Next, I just happened to review my credit card statement to find that I was charged another $58.66 since I was not told that I had to mail back in the old one! Come on, the lady did NOT tell me this, NOR was there anything in the package that provided to send it back. I called Bodyguardz to inquire of this charge and they informed me that since I didn't return the old one I agreed to pay again. I was not told to return nor was I provided anything to ship it back (i.e. shipping label) Seriously, I paid $46 for it originally, plus $10.62, and then the theft of $58.66 which equals $115.28 for a piece of crap product. Why are these people getting away with this? Shameful is about all I can say. DO NOT EVER BUY BODYGUARDZ products under any circumstances. "
"My screen protector cracked and fell off. Since I got it from ATT using store credit, I decided to use Bodyguardz lifetime replacement. At the same time I ordered a new case. I was only charged for the case. I received the protector and case. But the case came in an unsealed inner box. It was covered in fingerprints and scratches. I never touched it, let alone took it out of the box. It's disgusting. I emailed their customer svc. Their response questioned my veracity...I sent pics. Of course they want to send me another overpriced crappy case. I just want my $$ back and will dispute the charge. If they try to charge me for the damaged protector I returned, I will dispute those charges too."
"Less than a month after I bought the screen protector, it cracked. No complaints with customer service - they sent me the replacement right away and a confirmation email when they received the damaged item. (I paid a little extra for shipping to get a postal service delivery confirmation). However, less than a month after replacing it, the screen protector again cracked. I never drop the phone and take very good care of it. The most the screen protector needs to be able to handle is getting put into and taken out of my purse several times a day. It's clearly not up for the job. Lifetime warranty sounds great, but when you pay $40 for the product and have to pay return shipping to replace it every month, it's not a good deal at all. "
"I bought my Galaxy 9 and the bodyguardz protector. About a week later, it comes off. 2 weeks later I notice a crack up and die t he screen. The shield cracks more when I try to take it off. I bought another and a day later IT CRACKS. This product is horrible and I came her to see that others have had the same problem. Do not buy."

According to custo mb er care it was delivered and because i did not send my broken screen back - they pulled money from my bank account without concent! So, now i have paid double for junk.... "Bought a case and Screen Protector. Arrived quickly But as soon as screen Protector was placed on it had so many air bubbles the size of a dime trying to get them out the screen broke.
Customer Service was pleasant and sent a replacement 10 days later. The replacement nicked (not from a fall, I’m guessing when I’m my purse) the second day I had it on. the phone case seems to be ok but didnt protect screen. I’m going back to Zagg where I’ve been happy for the previous five years. I wish I could return this. Don’t waste your money"

"I have had my phone for 3 months, I bought one of these screan protectors when I bought my new phone. it was over 50.00 for the screan protector with lifetime replacement. I barely bump my phone and the stupid thing pops off. i have replaced 3 times and need another one now. they will send new one but you have to pay 10.99 for shipping. so i have over 100.00 in a screan protector that is always broke and falling off my phone. Walmart brand stay on better than this does and is a lot cheaper.."
