"I think it's misleading that the website displays pictures of books different from the one you're purchasing. I accidently bought the workbook to accompany my textbook instead of the textbook itself, because the photo was of the textbook and I didn't read the description carefully. This really put me behind in class, and I ended up spending more money because I had to buy the textbook from my school bookstore last minute. Customer service replied promptly, but I had to ask twice not to be charged for the postage to return the workbook (which is useless to me), and was denied. Geez-I would think they would care about more my returning to purchase from them again and the possibility of good referrals to my fellow students than the 10 bucks or whatever for postage.

Not to mention, this was after my first order, paid and confirmed, was cancelled later that same day--somehow I'd ordered and payed for an "out of stock" item."
