"When one of the textbooks in my order was received with slight damage, it was easy to notify customer service to get the damage documented and the option to receive a replacement textbook with free expedite shipping. Received my replacement textbook a few days latter and the return process for the old text book was simple and easy. Even after all these steps, my course was canceled by my University and I had to return all three textbooks for the course and request a refund. The online process for this was also very easy and fast. Bookrenter keeps you up dated during the whole process."
