"I was booking for family reunion. I did not have a problem booking however, my family members encounter several issues. My sister's was booking a flight and room. However, upon completing the reservation she received a message stating taht her flights did not go through and only the room was confirmed. When she called the representative was having a hard time answering the phone. She then proceded to laugh. When my sister voiced her concerned she was told to book the flight seperate. My sister told her that she would be charged at a higher rate. The representative continued to laughed in the background and didn't seem to care. After going back and forth with the representative, my sister decided to cancel her reservation and book elsewhere."

"I booked the exact same thing as a friend at the exact same time, mine was $1680, hers was $1654, exact room, exact view. Then I get my email confirmation and my price went up to $1734! I know it’s less than $100 difference but that’s still a lot of money. Now i have to call tomorrow and figure out what happened. Such a hassle! I was really happy with everything else until that happened."
