"The rep, keep getting the info incorrect. Continuously asked me to repeat myself. Provided her with my sons birthdate and she insisted the system said the birthdate did not match with the age I said he was, which was false. Placed me on hold too many times for way too long. The process was longer than I’ve ever experienced (over an hour). I already found the trip, I provided her with the booking number and she still kept having trouble. Then when giving her my payment said (several times) “hopefully, your payment goes through”. I was appalled by her comment. I just book with someone else moving forward. Because I don’t feel comfortable booking online. Not to mention she messed up on my sisters reservation as well. "

"I called to add a gust onto my current reservation and was not informed there would be a $25 fee for adjustmsents as such. I was only informed of this fee anytime I cancel or remove a guest. It was disappointing to find this out after I hung up and receive the invoice via email cause i had to call back and go through the process of being on hold all over again to find out where the fee are from.
