"Booked a trip for 4. Upgraded rooms about a week later via customer service phone call. Very pleasant represenative and easy process. My only complaint would be that because i booked us all together, i was unable to get one room type for us and another for our older kids. When i upgraded one room, i had to upgrade them both to match. It would be nice if the website would let you know that to begin with. Other than that, all was good. I will review again after the trip at the end of December :)"

"The only reason I gave 4 stars is because there was only 1 option for transportation to and from the airport. $400 is absurdly ridiculous for a ride to and from the airport. I should have been given an option for shared transportation. It does not have to be that expensive and only private. Other than that, booking was simple and concise. "I booked a vacation package and immediately got an email saying flight wasn’t confirmed. Called customer service and could rebook but I couldn’t use the code again and the cost of the trip went up. Spent 45 minutes on phone and ended up canceling. Maybe just maybe the manager will call me back but I doubt it. I will also add that this all took place in an off shore office location. So disappointed!"
