"I booked an all-inclusive vacation with Book-It that was also Adults-Only. When we got there we were told that the Adults Only would cost us at least $150.00 more per person per day. We were 4 adults staying for 12 days. What a sham! Additionally, we booked four different excursions only to find out that two did not have transportation included. All excursions were at least 1-1/2 hours away and the cost of the transportation would have been more than the excursions themselves. Nowhere on Book-It did it say just how far the excursions were away. BD Travel staff at the hotel was unfriendly, inflexible and just plain rude. Our transport back to the airport was also arbitrarily changed and we had to hassle because suddenly they wanted to leave 40 minutes earlier. What a mess! "

"I called in to make sure our travel plans were going as planned, the agent act as if she couldn't understand me. I asked several times for someone else if she couldn't understand me. She reassured me that everything was going as planned, told me when my last payment was coming out and what time. that was on the August 29th, I called back on September 2, 2019 to see why a draft hadn't been made and was told that my hotel, travel from airport and excursion had been cancelled due to none payment. I called in to make sure everything was on tract! I was told at that time that it was, even though I had been warned about these kind of things happening I would have never thought it would happen to me. I'm traveling with a group and now I'm a half hour away from the whole group, this is awful. I'm scared and steptical, when the others in the group upgraded and I did not I guess this is my discriminating punishment. Additional fees, being separated from the group I just pray we come back alive and this isnt one of those DR situations. The final agent was everything that first two should have been."

"For the longest, I was trying to get in contact with my agent regarding changing my destination! I talked with Javan and he helped me tremendously! He explained to me everything he was doing and made sure he provided me with the best option! Honestly I was about to give up with bookit.com however he really made up for the trouble! "My flight got cancelled. I needed an extra night since my days got pushed back. I called to add a night and the representative cancelled my whole booking. I've been on the phone for 5 hours trying to rebook and they are hanging up on me and answering without saying anything once they see my information. This is after the representative hollered at me very rudely when I told him he was not understanding what I was saying bc he was answering questions I didn't ask. Everything I've paid for for my anniversary is now gone bc these representative are not listening. This is very hurtful and disappointing. This was my first time booking with this company and it will definitely be my last. Customer service died with this company! I've never delt with this booking issues with Expedia. I should of stayed with tht company I was familiar with. "
