"I was on the phone with Fiona ( i hope i spelled her name correctly. Anyways she helped me book my family vacation for my 21st birthday. It was a little hectic since we were on the phone for 2 hours and 30 minutes but she was amazing! I love how she was very patient with me and she also stood pass her time to make sure i was satisfied with everything. Her customer service is excellent she also had me laughing at times we both had a very long night lol with that phone call but she helped me and i’m very happy because I can’t wait for my trip to cancun. If you call to book over the phone ask for Fiona. Next time i book with you guys again i will be asking for her. She’s very helpful and extremely patient and makes sure sue makes her customer happy.
