"Within minutes after booking I got an email stating that cheap caribbean was having a sale on the particular location I had booked. I contacted bookit.com customer service twice to inquire about either being able to cancel and book with them or if they would honor the other’s sale. I waited 15 minutes each call to even get in touch with someone. The first woman I spoke to was extremely rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she refused. She then denied me any form of help suggesting she would had to charge a cancellation fee and refused to price match. THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I resiliently called back and spoke with a woman who after speaking HUNG UP ON ME AS WELL. Currently calling back hoping to speak to someone who will not completely disregard me and provide adequate customer service. "

I had tried hot wire but if you make a mistake when booking they take your money and it takes 3 business days to recover it so glad book it is way easier to use.
