"I booked a flight and hotel to Cozumel, Mexico plus transportation from the airport to the hotel. When my confirmation email came, I noticed that my flight was to an airport in Cancun (2.5 hours away and on the mainland, not the island) I called customer service to explain the error -waited on hold over 90 minutes - the transportation they booked me for was from CZM airport, not CUN airport- They suggested changing flights for a $2000 upcharge, when I said no, they suggested changing the transportation service - I explained that taxi's really don't do well crossing the ocean, I suggested changing the hotel to Cancun, they booked my in Playa Del Carmen (an hour south) for another $500 upcharge PLUS they charged an additional $25 for changing the reservations BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR. -the customer service lady was polite, and I believe that she wanted to be helpful, but she wasn't very knowledgeable about travel and tourism or the computer system that she was using at all which greatly added to my frustration

"I DID A PACKAGE DEAL BUT IT HAS MY FLIGHT COMING IN THE NEXT DAY BUT THE CHECK IN IS THE DAY I AM IN THE AIR WHY MAKE TOGTHER IF THEY DONT ALIGN. THEN I GET PLEASE WAIT TO CONFIRM MY TRANSACTION AND I DO NOTHING MY PHONE GOES DORMINATE AND WHEN I OPEN MY PHONE BACK UP IT IS STILL SHOWING SO I LET IT GO DORMINATE AGAIN THE NEXT MORNING STILL SHOWING HAD TO CLOSE OUT OF THE APP. I LOOK AT MY EMAIL AND FIND I WAS CHARGED TWICE AND TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF SOMEONE AT 8:00AM YOU CAN'T"

"Apparently if you use the same IP address as a friend it will not take your payment plan, I selected the payment plan and when it charged my card it took the entire payment. I called and spoke with a customer service rep. That told me I needed to cancel and rebook but told me that my room and flights were no longer available, insisting I choose a more expensive room. I chose not to and went online to check myself low and behold the exact room and flight WERE available. I did have my refund back but at the expense of $50. I sent an email to member services with still no response "
"This is the second trip I’ve booked with BookIt.com. Both times have been incredibly easy. Last year we went to the Dominican and last minute realized we booked the wrong room. Unfortunately that resort didn’t have what we wanted, three days before the trip (which I expected). We called BookIt.com and they switched us to another resort that had more of what we were looking for. The entire trip was perfect.
