"Great service although recently had some issues with being accused of fraud. I think they need to reevaluate their rental options and offer a better way to do longer term rentals. Spent quite a bit with them in the past and if for any reason you do multiple extensions, they don't call you, but rather send an email accusing you of fraud. Not a good customer experience in my opinion. "

I rented a 5D and 135mm f/2. The order shipped and arrived on the date requested complete with prepaid return label in the box.
The only complaint I have is that the battery sent with the 5D did not last long on a single charge. A higher capacity battery would have been nice."
