"I loved everything about the BorrowLenses.com experience except for one tiny thing - no instructions!! I read in the question section that manuals aren't included because they rarely get returned…but a simple 1-2 page print off of how the pieces that you are renting works would be great! For example, I rented an off-camera lighting kit with the softbox, stand, and transceivers and had no clue how they all actually worked together. I rented the equipment to see how I liked working with off-camera lighting and to check out the complexity of it all. Instructions would have made the initial set-up go much smoother!

But back to the overall experience…I received my order on time. Everything was in great condition, and returning the items was a cinch. Price is a little over-zealous…especially in the shipping area…but it is definitely a lot cheaper to rent for a week and try out equipment than to purchase something and not like it! "
