One thing that keeps them from getting 5 stars is they could communicate a little better and they upload/create tracking shipping labels before they mail out the item. My last package didn’t ship for a couple days after the tracking number was uploaded. Went to USPS tracking site and all it said for couple days was a shipping label was created...waiting on package to be delivered to them for shipment. I do NOT LIKE THAT! Most people hate seeing a tracking number up but no package sent. That needs to change because you assume your package which you paid for is then going to the mail when actually the item is still sitting in the warehouse. So places do it right and dont charge your account until its on the way or even delivered. After i talked to them they did get it out and had it to my really fast! A day earlier than I expected. I have been pleased with Botach and hope they can keep up on time shipping. "
