"Botach seems to have gotten better to deal with as time has passed. I think I started ordering from them about 6 months ago (Today is 8 Oct 2018).
My only issue so far involved a rifle sling that was listed as Foliage Green but was in fact Grey. I had 4 other people look at the strap and tell me it was Grey. When I contacted Botach they just wanted to argue the point until they eventually issued me a return on them, never had so many people at 1 company to argue with--especially considering it was only a $12 strap. I ended up just keeping the strap and although they did finally resolve the problem the arguing about the color could have easily been fixed by their customer service without a hassle. Hopefully they will continue to evolve and get better as they grow. They have some great sales and a lot of cool tactical stuff at fair prices. "
