"Unbelievable!!! My experience as a customer with BoxWave has honestly been the single most exceptional purchasing experience I've ever encountered. I was simply amazed by the outstanding customer support provided by BoxWave. It all began with an e-mail to BoxWave inquiring about one of their products. The reply came much sooner than expected and was very informative. They gave me all the information I needed and more allowing me to make a well educated purchase. During the shipping process there was a problem with the delivery due to an error in the mailing address I provided. I was contacted immediately by a live customer service representative to resolve the issue and the product arrived without delay. After receiving the product I ran into some technical problems which left me stumped and unable to use my product. I sent a message to BoxWave's customer support e-mail address which, unlike many other websites, was very easy to locate. Again, I received a prompt reply complete with technical information and links to websites where I could download programs useful to operating my product. After further failed attempts to operate my product I soon realized that the problem was not with the product itself but with the item I was trying to use it with. Unable to use the product, I contacted BoxWave about returning it for a full refund. At this point I assumed BoxWave might be tiring of my correspondence but again I received a quick and pleasant response from customer service with instructions on how to return my product for a full refund. Within two weeks of dropping the product off at the post office a full refund was credited back to my account just as promised. Simply put my experience with BoxWave was Unbelievable!!! In the often detached customer-seller relationship of on-line retail, it is reassuring to know that there are still some businesses which value the individual customer despite the world wide marketplace. "June 30, 2005: company refuses to honor a 15% discount code listed on their own site, telling me it's expired. The page listing the promo offer for 15% off is live on their site, with no expiration date listed. Very disappointing that they will not honor their own advertised specials."
"Ordered Axim x30 screen protector. Decent order service (Purchased 3/24/05. Shipped 3/27/05). HORRIBLE customer support for defective items! Emailed Boxwave on 3/29/05 at 4:25PM PST Time about defective product. Received reply on 3/30/05 at 4:16PM PST time. They assumed every single family on this earth has a digital camera and asked if I can send them a picture of defective product. Email back saying that I dont have a digital camera but will try to scan the defective product if ok. Takes another day for reply to say that will be ok. Took me a few days could not locate a working scanner. Email back and ask what to do.
Boxwave wanted me to buy another one and then ship the old one back and I pay the shipping. They will then credit my credit card the costs of new screen protector and shipping fees.
NOT ACCEPTABLE! Credit card companies are extremely slow in doing credits. And Boxwave's customer support doesnt give me confidence. I will recommend Brando as the company to get screen protector from now on."
"I purchased a cleartouch anti-glare screen, a retractable cable and a usb travel adapter for my Mio 168. Ordered placed on Feb 8th (Tuesday night), shipped on Feb 11 (Friday) and arrived on Feb 14 (Monday). Everything worked great, the sticker on the retractble cable fell off right away, but I like it without one. The cleartouch anti-glare screen is the best one I've ever used. All of their prices are extremely high, shipping cost is acceptable, but there is no where else to buy some of these parts in the US. I was overbilled by $11 but it was resolved in the same day."

"Order was processed and shipped one day before the estimated ship date. Recieved the Screen Protectors on the Saturday via USPS.
The Screen Protectors are absolute crap, and made my screen look worse than it did without the screen protector on it. They were also expensive, $12.95 for ONE Protector.
I emailed them and they sent me an address that I can send my return to, which I will be doing.
Overall, good company, good service, bad product, and bad product category."
"Bought a screen protector. It said it was shipping out on the 10th, but they emailed me saying it would ship out on the 14th. However, the online order status showed that it would shipped out on the 15th. In the end, my product was not shipped out until the 17th. I ended up getting my product 10 days after the supposed ship date. Very poor service."
