I don't see the justification for these fees when the tickets are already almost 3x their original price (org. $80/1, approx. $230/1). I was also unaware until I saw the email bill that these tickets were priced in USD, when I was looking for a CAD show. And lastly, I wish the estimated delivery time had more communication. I was told the tickets would be ready the next day, but 48 hours went by and still no tickets. When I reached out I only learned that the venue hadn't released tickets yet. This should have been clearly communicated instead of proving a false date. Hopefully the tickets are legit, but I don't plan on buying from this site again. "

"I thought I was buying ticket in Canadian dollars - charged me u.s. dollars plus a $182 service fee - had I bought direct from ticket master would have cost me 1/2 - I ended up with paying $1118 Canadian for 3 tickets which should have only cost $552 "

"It's confusing to contact the Taft Theatre, be working with Box Office Tickets but get the Ticket purchase emails from TicketMaster which tells me I need to download their app to receive the tickets since only digital tickets are accepted at the door. A simple bulleted list explaining the connectedness of these organizations at the top (where the Covid stuff has been for so long) would go a long way in helping me know I have followed the right steps and not been scammed."
