"Minutes after placing an order, I tried to cancel the order. I spoke w/ two different agents via chat who said refunds were not an option no matter what. The second agent help me confirm the placement which took about 15 minutes which was a VERY confusing process. I felt pushed to place order because I kept receiving messages that my time was running out. I could have bought the same tickets from the actual venue for one third of the cost. Lesson learned."
