"In 2021 Branch was much more expensive than a competitor but had billed and was paid by my mortgage company, as was the competitor. Branch;s manager worked with me to carry the auto policy forward but refund the house policy payment.
A year of no service and a price raise by the competitor I checked with Branch and got David on the line. He worked through the whole scenario and got me bound for coverage after a series of calls back and forth that answered the detailed coverage cost and questions I asked.
As an 81 year old retiree my cash flow is strange - and on another call to a different rep I asked my auto payment be delayed untill Dec. 30. While that was done (and paid) I received correspodence canceling my non-existant home policy -- and called David,
He put in the time and effort to contact all concerned to untangle who had happened and corrected the information exchanged previously to issue a new policy for 2023 and was obliging, courteous, and apologetic for any mix-ups that had worried me as he resolved them. He was a consumate professional I am happy to have as my "agent."

"Communication with the adjusters and “snap sheet” has been atrocious. It took a week to get started doing anything. Went without a rental car, or even instructions on how and what to do. Then, me and body shop tried to get responses… and nothing. Only been with branch for a month, and glad this happened early to not waste so much time and money on them. Would rather spend more money after this experience "
