I personally believed I had locked in my insurance quote from Hugo when I replied with my acceptance to his quote he gave me.

When I requested a written quote I believed that was what it was: a quote. Which if accepted I would receive. I was extremely disappointed with Hugo. The fact he did not even read my response in December was disrespectful. And then to tell me he could not honour the quote “because of the system” demonstrated a great deal of disrespect to me, an existing and trying to be loyal customer.

Thankfully for Hugo, Branch has Devon. She saved the day today with her empathy, understanding and customer experience.

Although she could not save any $$$s on the home insurance, she was able to save me $1000 on my car insurance.

A true professional: from now on I plan to work directly with Devon, who saved the day for me for Branch.
