"I ordered a device not knowing that they would automatically charge me for service on it and after my order was processed and within the same session. I contacted customer service with my order number and told them that I didn't want to start my service for about 2 weeks after I got my device and that I was just getting my device ahead of time so that I would have it when I was ready. A couple days later what happens they charge me for service even though I told them not to considering I paid for a long period of time up front it really put me in a bind because I wasn't expecting this for another couple weeks. The fact that a customer sends them a request or tries to work with them the same day they make a purchase and they were not able to resolve it within the first six days before payment is utterly ridiculous"

Products are as advertised and very durable. I have a few original box cameras and I put them under bushes and all over the place outdoors and they just keep on working.
