"1) You said you would return my phone call as soon as a representative was available. You supposedly put me "in line", but no one ever called. A call with a simple apology would be appropriate. 2) My order was placed on Thursday night, processed Friday morning, and shipped on Friday afternoon. Although I paid for overnight shipping, Brickhouse's contract with Fed-Ex does not provide for Saturday shipping (although Fed-Ex does provide Saturday delivery). They say that if orders are received after close of business Friday night that it will not ship until Monday, I expected that FedEx would deliver on Saturday, as they do with most vendors. So I paid for overnight delivery, but did not read the fine print about how they have contracted "NO SATURDAY FED EX deliveries". I could have received the product on the same day (Monday by 8PM) for a less expensive shipping option. "

"I ordered a tracking g device for my own vehicle. The credit card system they use did not process the order due to antiquated processing system. I assumed that the order was going through and did not find out until the next day which was too late for my installation appointment. They offered to ship it 2 day air but that only netted a before 8pm delivery window which really is closer to 3 business days. I will be attempting to return the thing today but considering that I still have pending charges on cards they say they could not process, I am not hopeful in their ability to issue a refund considering they can't revise errant charges they place on your credit card after holding up your order because your credit card did not go through. They have some hidden agenda they are not telling their customers. Sad. I have purchased many products from this company over the years without any issues. maybe their was a change of ownership or something. Tag review? Can you have multiple tags?"

Especially, this day and age of "hackers," lurking and awaiting their next victim on the Internet. Hell, I've been victimized enough, taking security and added measures to protect my POI and assets and I am STILL recovering from my 2nd bout with Identity Theft! If you can't understand THAT as a "SECURITY COMPANY," then it's clear we DON'T need to do business!
FYI: Had no problem "taking" my $2k! That's right...it is NOT an error: $2,000.00!

"My GF has a drug addiction problem, so I put my tracker on her truck so I can intercept her any time she goes to her dealers house. She recently found and destroyed my tracker unit and I camt afford to buy another one, so I called to cancel my service, and customer service offered to send me a new upgraded unit for free! (The EON 3.0) I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO impressed that they're doing that. I didnt have any type of insurance on the unit, and have had it for at least a year and a half. They've also given me 3 months free service in the past when I couldn't afford to keep my service anymore. These guys have the best customer service I've found anywhere!!!"
