"Stay was from this low integrity business. I ordered 2 clubs. I confirmed with a representative that both were in stock and could be shipped. I ordered and paid for both clubs. I only got 1 of the 2 clubs. They never notified me. I got the package with a slip in side that marked off the second club. I contacted the "customer service" representative. Sorry. It wasnt in stock when you ordered it - you will have to wait 2-3 weeks because it is on back order. Oh - we can return your money for the second club - that is helpful not that it took 2 weeks already to get the package. I was very clear when I ordered it that I wouldnt order from them unless they could send both clubs. I was given that guarantee. They induced me into the transaction with a complete misrepresentation.
Do not do business with this low integrity business."

"I had a bit of everything with my order. The items I got came quickly and were reasonably priced. I had an issue with one item which needed returned (which was likely my own fault). There were some issues with that process, but they ended up coming through for me. They could have charged me for my own mistake, but along the process they were very understanding. I will recommend them to anyone, a great experience overall."

"I ordered a specific pair of Nike Flex shorts for my daughter who needed them for a college athletic training program. They claimed they would send within 3-5 business days. 3 weeks later we called and they said they would be sending them shortly. I called a week later (now a full month after purchasing) and they said that they were sold out. No phone call. No email notification. No automatic refund. Nothing. Now we are scrambling to find another pair as she needs them in a week. They did eventually refund but horribly poor customer service. Saving a few bucks is not worth the lack of professionalism. Look elsewhere."
"I bought a set of ladies golf clubs, when they came, they were left handed. I returned them. They are now telling me that they can only issue a 50% refund because the clubs were used. That is an outright lie! I am right handed I couldn't golf left handed if I wanted to. They are ignoring my demands for a FULL REFUND!!!!!! Cart handle broke on first use. Product was constructed with far more plastic than was described. Attempted to return through BugetGolf.com customer service for FOUR weeks and got nothing but excuses. In fact, they blamed Sun Mountain for the delay. Called Sun Mountain today to ask them if someone from BugetGolf.com had reached out to them attempting to resolve this case, and they had nothing in their system. The Sun Mountain rep told me he was going to call BudgetGolf.com to find out what was going on and call me back. 10 minutes later I get a call back from Sun Mountain rep telling me he called BudgetGolf.com and did not reach a live person and had to leave a message. He promised to have this resolved today, and would keep calling them until he got through, and then contact me with next steps. My next Sun Mountain purchase will be made directly from Sun Mountain. BUYER BEWARE of BudgetGolf.com’s complete lack of follow through. All they care about is the sale. They don’t give a rat’s rear end about customer satisfaction."

"I ordered a pair of shoes for my boyfriend, they ended up being too big. Yeah that's a risk you run online shopping. So I searched the site for how to return the shoes. On the site it says "If you use our label we'll deduct $9.99 from your return." The first time I read that I took it to mean that they would be paying shipping, otherwise why would you use their label?! So now I am getting the refund $10 less than what I paid, granted yes i know its only $10 but seriously its just frustrating. On top of them saying it takes 24-48 hours to process a return. No more like a week or more. "
"I ordered a ladies Wilson 15 piece set for my girlfriend for Xmas from “ budgetgolfer” on EBay . Description included a 5 iron. Set didn’t include a 5 iron when received . When I questioned them they said set doesn’t t include a 5 iron DESPITE the description clearly stating a 5 iron is in the set. They would only offer a return would not produce a 5 iron to complete the set. Also, the set is advertised as 14 piece set. They count headcovers and rainhood for bag as “pieces”. I would advise shopping elsewhere."

I have to use my order number to check my status b/c they claim to not recognize my email even tho I get a dozen solicitations a day from this crap company. I feel duped and will try to call and cancel my order tomorrow. They claim 9 day economy shipping and I'm going on a month with no updates or information other than "order processed" - low prices are only good if you actually get something for your money. I will never visit this chop shop again. Worthless."
