"I bought a seat for my golf pull cart. they sent me a after market item without box and instruction or user manual and dumped all parts inside the ups box. please be aware that they are not selling the original but all fake imported from cheap asian countries. I called and asked for user manal but they never called me back nor responded for my email. if you think they are selling at low price, that is why. again, please becareful..."
"In the past month I have placed two orders with Budget Golf. One for a Titleist Golf Bag and one for a Tour Edge Exotics 3-wood. I shopped diligently online and these were the best prices anywhere. My experience was excellent. The email communication about order processing and shipment were accurate, and I received both shipments within a few days. In the case of the 3-wood, I even emailed some questions regarding the specs to Budget Golf ( I was concerned as to whether it was even new, since the price seemed so low) and I got a response within 12 hours, which I appreciated. All the equipment was perfect upon arrival, and just what I ordered.

"Do not order from budgetgolf.net unless you want to wait around wondering where your package is. I ordered a package on December 12th as a Christmas present and still have yet to receive this gift. It is now December 31st and that person has no gift. Good luck with speaking with anyone from the website either. The number they list has automated responses and will not get you through to an employee."
"The products and prices are usually outstanding. In stock items are shipped quickly. There are some major flaws in their shipping procedures when items are out of stock (which is very common). You will still be billed for the items and your entire order will be held up, potentially forever, since the items with the best deal are usually closeouts and will never return to stock. That's when the real trouble begins. They do not respond well to email and it is nearly impossible to reach them via phone. This has happened to me more than a few times. They eventually will refund your payment for the items you will never receive but it may not be worth the hassle."
