"I wish I could give it like 0 stars. If you don't want to read the whole review, here it is in one word: SCAM!!!

First of all they do have a lot of false advertisements on their website. I wanted some yard signs and when I google searched it, their website showed up saying $0.97 each sign, when I added 10 signs to the cart, the prices drove up really high.

And later I come to know that it's $0.97/sign only when you order 100 signs. (Then why did you not specify that on the website!!!) Then they said it would be $2.64/sign if you order anything less than that, and even with that when I add it to the cart, the prices came to more than $100. They also advertise saying ***free shipping on everything on the website***. And they added a $15 shipping cost.

When I called them about it, the customer service agent (Maraio S.) was very rude and actually cut the call on me!!!! NEVER USE THEM!!! SCAM!!!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS!!!"

"I have two orders with supposedly same item under orders 77210461 and 77222516. Both are totally UNSAT or I'm giving it "1" STAR. The first order was so confusing and I received the text size I wasn't expecting - how can that be visible on the car..., it's too small. Customer service is outstanding by giving me part of what I paid. Then I placed another order but then again it’s another UNSAT. It's a clear decal with misleading size, supposed to be 5" x 5" but it's only 3.5" x 4.5” and yes text is small and the funny thing is, the decal is designed to be placed from the inside of the car. How can that be visible from the outside??? totally UNSAT. YES I paid a small amount of money but my expectation and excitement in receiving this order is totally disappointed. But customer service, again, is great…., the product = UNSAT!!!"

"DREADFUL company to do business with. Placed an order under an offer stating it would ship within 24 hours. It didn't. It's actually been several days over the final ship date and I still haven't received my order. This company must not take its business seriously given the low rating it has and the slew of negative comments as to other customer experiences. I wish I would've looked into this company more before placing an order. I will go to the company I used prior, as I had no issues. Steer clear! "

"Needed a sign to sell my house. Between the cost of the small sign and the shipping I spent $60. When it arrived it was bent during shipping and totally unusable They don't warranty damage during shipping. DO NOT USE THEM, WAY OVER PRICED AND HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT"

"I used these guys for some real estate signs. They came and looked just alright. The printing resolution is poor and lines are not very crisp. I was okay with this, but the riders I ordered did not fit the frames as they cut them 1/4 inch too long.
I ordered new ones, never asked for my money back (it was only $18) rather simply asked them to be sure and cut to the right size. This started a conversation with them where they did apologize for the wrong size and offered a rebate.
When the new signs came the graphic was enlarged. I did not send them a new file, but rather just duplicated the order I had made prior. They then argued with me in several emails that it was not their fault that the new file was a different size. I DID NOT SEND IN A NEW FILE. Their customer service is terrible. They argue with customers on faults that are theirs. Their printing is poor. Their craftsmanship is shoddy. I do not recommend them."

"I ordered 25 bumper stickers. 4 days later i got an email saying the were put on hold. Thankfully I saw it. When I called the guy said he had no idea why these were put on hold. He asked if I needed them by a certain time and I said well I would like to get them when they were scheduled to originally deliver. So he said he put them on expedited shipping and they would get there the original scheduled day. No big deal. They were supposed to arrive on the 14th. It is now the 17th and they are still not here. When I called today the lady said that they just put them in an envelope and shipped them via mail and they should arrive "any day now". Pay a lil more and stick to vistaprint."

"Ordered license plate, received shipping info with tracking info. A week later, I check the status via link in my email and it says the shipping info has not been updated. My plate was scheduled to arrive two days later so I sent an email asking if it had actually sent or not because the tracking info was not showing that the plate had ever been scanned in anywhere. “Britny” emails back two days later to tell me my shipping address did not have a proper address for them to send it to. I wonder why they never let me know of this and why I received a tracking number if there was an error. I ask how can we get this fixed and she tells me I can have another label printed for $14.31 ......... my entire total was originally $18 (and change) the license plate was $10 and the shipping was $7 (plus tax) and she wanted $14?!?! So I say no to that and want a full refund as I never received my plate nor was I about to pay double shipping costs. Two days pass again and Britny emails again to tell me once more she can get the label reprinted for $14.31 or I can receive a partial refund of $6. HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!’ Can’t really wrap my head around this but I’ll be receiving my money back through my CC and never using this horrendous company again. Check all reviews! There are a ton of other sites to use with much better reviews and customer service."

"BuildASign has taken incompetence to a whole new level. Send them the simplest possible job to print, they will get it wrong. Send it again with easy, simple instructions to get it right, they will get it wrong again. It will happen over and over. Think everything is okay because the online proof looks good? Nope, they will ignore the proof and still get it wrong. I really tried to give them my business. I was patient and understanding. I practically begged them to just print it exactly as it is on the proof. They just couldn't do it. The last straw came when I was speaking with one of their technical support people. I showed him the image that I had sent to them, as it appeared on the proof next to the one that was about to be printed. (Fortunately I caught this one in time). The one they were going to print was scaled up vertically by about 20% making it completely distorted. The difference was glaring. Yet the person I was talking to told me that he didn't see any difference between the two. So, this is what you're dealing with. People who are completely inexperienced and clueless when it comes to printing and graphics. If you want to participate in a real time Monty Python skit then call BuildASign! If you want to actually get a sign printed, go somewhere else."

"I work for a nonprofit organization, we have very limited funds and can't afford to waste any of them. we ordered signs from (buildasign.com) the signs were double printed with someone elses order, they were all unusable when we called (buildasign.com) and talked to shannelle, she told us the signs would be replaced but this never happened. Shannelle sent us rude emails instead of the signs we paid for. I filed a complaint with the attorney general and found out (buildasign.com) has other complaints filed against them. If you don't like loosing money don't give it to these guys."

"I want to start out by saying that we have used BAS A LOT, and historically they have always done well, but our last SIX orders have been TERRIBLE! I'm not sure what is going on over there but of the previous six orders, 3 arrived damaged... one was a real estate sign (we're not a real estate company), and then 2 separate orders (with a total of 4 signs), arrived more than 5 days past when we needed them even though we paid a TON for expedited shipping. Most of these were for an event so we had a hard deadline and ended up having to go to a different printer and pay a ridiculous amount for huge rush orders so that we could have everything in time for our event. HUGE disappointment. "

"I ordered open house signs, and wire stakes. The signs are okay quality (printing lines are not overly sharp), but the wire stakes were missing from the package even though the packing slip said they were included. I called and was told they would be shipped out 2nd day air. 4 days later, no wire stakes. Called back and nonchalantly told "oh yeah, that got cancelled." So now they are going to ship them ground, but it will take them "at least 24 hours" to get a tracking number. Customer service and execution are just not very good."

"I was looking to create a banner with our archery team's logo to be hung on our arrow curtain. I have never ordered a banner before and did not know who to contact. I searched on the internet and saw several banner sites. I clicked on BuildASign.com the site was very easy and walked me through the process showing me a proof of my banner. I still was not totally sure what to expect as the price was so reasonable. My banner arrived withing a week and I just Love it!!! The quality and design are just what I wanted. We have hung our banner for practices and everyone thinks it looks great. I would purchase again. "
