"VERY fast delivery! Looks great."

"I bought 2 adjustable indoor signholders [- paid over $100. Called Tyler on April 18th because I needed more adjustable brackets for these signholders.He promised to get right back to me. He never called. The next Monday I called back for the same reason and talked to Kathy who also promised to get right back to me. Although I called 3 more times last week and left messages for her to get back to me, she never did. Last Friday April 25th, 2014 I talked to manager Laura Osegueda who apologized and vowed to get me the 16 needed brackets also did not get back to me as promised. Now it's May 2nd, 2 weeks from my initial call and I have not heard from anyone at BuildaSign. I am completely frustrated with this company.
It is now 10-1-2014 and I have recently had more communication problems with Laura O.
For whatever reason I made another order with this company. This order was supposed to arrive by 9-26-2014. Have not heard from anyone at this company explaining their tardiness. Guess I'll have to call again. "

I called about 5 or 6 times to fix the order, and everyone that answered the customer service line was promptly to help. I called the first time, and "Edgar" guided me through the internet explaining how to get better images.
