I ordered a Dive flag from them and it arrived literally 4 days after I placed the order! Very good quality! Much better than I had expected for such a great price! The flag material is sturdy, but still light weight enough to allow the flag to "fly" clearly in a good breeze.
But I can see this flag weathering very well in the rough Pacific conditions. I feel that with adhering to their maintenance suggestions this flag will last well beyond it's suggested life span.
The grommets are sturdy and the seams are well constructed. The images are crisp and clear! The reverse side I had wondered if it would be shadowed or less defined, but the reverse side images are just as clear and crisp as the front. Remember this for ordering anything with words or numbers, the single sided flags "bleed" through, so the images you choose with be on the reverse side just as crisp and clear!
Something you don't get now days is great customer service, if at all anymore. Their customer service is top notch! They will help you with any questions you may have or suggestions for product details. Take the guess work out of ordering the right product!
