"I put in a order with Build a Sign on Christmas day. I received a email the next day stating that my art work was not quality enough to make a really good looking banner. I looked at the proof and they were right it looked terrible. I contacted Build A Sign and asked about recreation of my art work and was told it woulf be 75 dollars. Really not bad. So i did that. The proof was so much better than what I made. I approved the proof for production and received a email stating everything was a go. When I recieved my banner i noticed it was the origional artwork. I sent a message to Build a sign on Saturday night and recieved a response on sunday that in fact, yes they had made a mistake and they would send me out a new banner asap. This company is awesome. They really too care of me through a mistake and made things right. I will stick to Build a sign for the rest of my needs in the future. "
